HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
If you wish to return a product purchased from our web site at jessha.com.
1) go to: https://returns.narvar.com/minsu/returns

2) Enter your order information to get started.  Remove any leading zeros and the A (if
applicable) at the end of your order number.

3) Print out label with Brand Logo front facing the box

4) Once we receive the products, a refund will be triggered within 7-10 days.
Please use the original packaging, if possible.

Kindly include the return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We
recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the
product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your
return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records.
Please note: Neither products beauty nor our parent company, are responsible for
return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

Processing time for returns is usually 7-14 business days from the time the returned
package is received by us.

Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you
know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.
We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less
any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the
purchase.

Simply type the product name in the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more words you use, the less products you will get on the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click on its name or image for more details.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

How do I place an order?

On the product page with the item you like, select the color or other product variation (if there are any) that you like the most, and click on the Add to Cart button.

As soon as you’ve added everything you wanted to your cart, click on the Proceed to Checkout button.

You will see the list of items you’re ordering, and will be able to remove, add, or edit anything if necessary.

Make sure your shipping details are filled in correctly, and click on the Complete Order button. Finally, select the payment method that’s most convenient to you, and check out.
